@nelson-george , You know since you didn't leave a YouTube link here for me to listen while reading through, I had to run off and download the audio.
I am sorry that your position as the first child puts you in a position of defensive. Owing to the lots of people looking up to you hoping that you'll not disappoint them.
It's okay to feel this way, of course, you realized this when you listen to Jess Glynn. Therefore, never forget that you're not alone and that it's okay not to be okay.
You just have to let go of all the burdens the world places upon you and look within yourself, and be yourself. The world will have to answer to you and not the other way round.
I hope that you'll find the peace that you desire and that you'll find yourself in the big wide world.

I'm sorry this reply is coming late, been busy with a whole lot of stuff...coming online and seeing this now actually cheered me up.. its good to know I'm not alone. I feel less burdened now because I actually want to start putting myself first, but thank you, your reply made me feel like I'm on the right track.... we'll definitely talk about Adele later
