Interesting Day
Today was an interesting day. Had a zoom call meeting early this morning (we're not morning people) and ran errands mid-day. Filled the gas tank, managed to find $3.69 gas which is not great, but not as bad as it was. We're hearing reports that the ethanol levels have been increased and to be cautious about fuel.
Visited Kohls department store to return some Amazon items. They give us a $5 gift card whenever we do an Amazon return, so I bring home some fancy chocolates for my wife.
Stopped at the PO box to check for mail, and the thrift store next door to pick up some good deals. I didn't realize that today is "National Thrift Store Day" and this particular thrift store was offering 50% - 60% off the entire store. CRAZY!..

Picked up some light reading for $0.50...
This book is new, MSRP of $32.50 looks like it's never been read. Dentist was encouraging more flossing... so I picked up a bag of dental floss (unused!).
Total came to $1.86. That's a lot of good stuff for 2 hive. :-)

And I complained because I had to pay 20 liters of gasoline, I don't know what octane for 10 dollars. And that for me is enough. Here in Venezuela you don't earn to pay that price. But thank God he can do
Better to go to a library, and read it for free, and spend the money on food. Of course I do not know how libraries work in the USA, but I can read books for free in the library in Szolnok, Hungary.

Waking up early itself brings a lot of blessing. Even though we all know this but we can't wake up early!!
