DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB Over Mandated Medical Procedures

The Pressure to Get You to Quit

If you are in an industry or business where the organization is pressuring employees to receive the injection, refuse the medical procedure, but do not QUIT your job. Just because they "send you home", doesn't mean you're fired or terminated. Just because they are making comments about how you are "going to be fired", that doesn't mean that you're fired or terminated.

The information I'm giving is my opinion, not professional legal advice. Please verify the claims, make your own decision, consider the information provided before making a decision. I am not offering legal advice, if you need legal advise please consult a lawyer.

Game of Chicken

Most industries that have decided for a mandatory medical procedure on all of their employees have set a date by which they are requiring compliance. The goal for HR is to maximize voluntary compliance before that date.

This is a game of chicken: who is going to blink first?

The principle of the game is that while the ideal outcome is for one player to yield (to avoid the worst outcome if neither yields), the individuals try to avoid it out of pride for not wanting to look like a 'chicken'. So each player taunts the other to increase the risk of shame in yielding. However, when one player yields, the conflict is avoided, and the game is for the most part over. Source

Some industries have high voluntary compliance, but many only have 40% - 50% at this time. They know they cannot FIRE up to 60% of their workforce, so the human resources departments of these industries are SCRAMBLING to not have to fire their workforce, but either get them to comply with the procedure or get them to quit their job. "Comply or quit, don't make us fire you." They say.

Do Not Quit Your Job

Do not be fooled if your boss says you must resign. Nobody can make a person resign, that is a decision only possible by the employee. The employer is obligated to maintain employment or terminate employment - those are the employer's only two options.

Why wouldn't they simply "fire" all the non-compliant employees? The short answer: MONEY

Once an employee "voluntarily resigns" (a polite way of saying "quits"), the employer is not responsible to pay any unemployment or severance benefits. But if an employee is "terminated" or "fired", the financial burden is on the employer to cover all unemployment costs.

If the employer is placing the burden on the employee to relinquish sovereignty over their bodies, the least they could do (if they want them removed from the company) is to receive the financial burden of FIRING them.

There is NO SHAME in being "Fired"

There is a social stigma over "being fired" that has been programmed into us through books, movies, television series, etc. People think that if a person is "fired", it's because they were being lazy or unproductive or incompetent. Mostly that they were REJECTED.

image.png
Remember how awful it seemed when McFly was fired in Back to the Future?

Rejection is OK Sometimes

Nobody likes the stigma of being REJECTED. But just because an employee is rejected, it doesn't mean the rejection was in anyway fair or just. It does not necessarily mean that person was not qualified and industrious in their job. We are about to see many highly qualified and hard working employees loosing their jobs over the mass injection hysteria.

When an employer fires a qualified employee who has the intelligence to refuse the mandated medical procedure and replaces them with a less qualified employee who is "compliant", then the financial repercussions of that decision should be accepted.

Additionally, the "fired" employee should receive all due compensation over their discriminatory termination.

image.png

Termination over medical issues is illegal in many States.

There is No Pride in "Quitting"

The other programming we have been exposed to is that there is great PRIDE in quitting. The image of the strong man or woman marching off the jobsite saying "F you, I quit" is a dream of the disgruntled employee. But don't do it. While the shocked look on your bosses face might be satisfying for a moment, behind that shocked look is a grin. If the employee has reached that point where they walk off, the employer has effectively gotten rid of them for free. This is the preferable way for the employer to have an employee be no longer employed by them. They can be as dramatic and theatrical as they want, it's still a better option than firing them and having the financial burden placed on the company.

While the fleeting moment of fame might be satisfying, the long term consequences are in the favor of the former employer.

A Resignation is No Better

A popular tactic in the white collar industries is to pressure their workers to write a formal "Letter of Resignation". This is the more polite version, the "two weeks notice" letter that helps to not burn the bridge. It's the "please don't reject me" version, the "I'm leaving on my own terms, but maybe I can come back?" letter.

While this is appropriate in many situations, it's not the right way to handle medial discrimination.

Human Resource departments would never consider mandatory injections to be discriminatory, because they know they cannot legally fire a person who refuses the procedure. They are hoping everyone who refuses, simply quits or gives their two week notice. Anyone stubborn enough to stick around, they will simply make their lives miserable until they quit. If they still refuse to quit or resign, then the employer will have to terminate their employment (for some other reason than the refusal for medical compliance) and hope there are no lawsuits issued. Most people can't afford a lawsuit anyway.

A Webinar on How to Pressure Employees to Comply or Else

Circulating online is a webinar for business owners and HR managers to help aid their current issue of mandated medical procedures. The course is one hour ($150), it seems as if anyone can attend. Anyone with spare dollars and time might like to sit in on a back room discussion about how to get their human resources to "comply".

The False Premise

A general idea of what the presenter is going to talk about is given in the course overview.

In order to justify the discussion, the stage has to be set - the presenter is suggesting that we are living during a CRISIS situation and have entered NEW TERRITORY. The only reason people are "hesitant" is because of an overload of news and conflicting information. According to her, this leads to confusion, fear and "denial of the crisis."

image.png

Words like FEAR and CONFUSION and DENIAL and UNCERTAINTY and PANIC and CRISIS and CONCERN.

Is this a fair characterization of MOST people in the workplace over the coronavirus?

image.png What if an employee refuses...?

Here is my guess: If an employee refuses, recognize that they are in the "denial phase" of dealing with the crisis. They need counseling to bring them to the "acceptance" stage, so they would "do the right thing".

Make them Fire You or Leave You Alone

Most people enjoy their job, they are good at it, they are used to it. The goal for the needle pushers will be to make people who do not comply feel uncomfortable so they no longer enjoy their job. They will trick people into believing that they are not good at their job. They disrupt the familiar pattern of the workday. These are all tactics of manipulation and are abusive.

For the people with conviction (that's you), they may bring in councilors to explain why you must "do the right thing", not just for the sake of your job, but for the safety of us all.

Don't believe them, they are lying to you.

This is programming. For many people without conviction, this psychological abuse is effective and the employee will eventually comply. For those with conviction, it will never be effective.

image.png

Once the cost of reprogramming is greater than the cost of firing, they will fire the employee and bear the financial burden of their decision. They have wrongfully and unlawfully terminated their employee, hoping they'll get away with it since it's such and emergency situation (they'll say).

Someday in the near future, it might even become LEGAL MEDICAL DISCRIMINATION, because COVID don't you know. Even if it becomes technically legal, it's still wrong.

Don't Quit Your Job, Make them Fire You!

Nobody wants to work in a hostile environment, likewise companies cannot spend time and energy pressuring the non-compliant every day. As more information comes out about the negative effects of the CV poke-n-squirt, perhaps the non-compiant and everyone else can come to an understanding. Or perhaps not. It seems more likely they'll eventually give up and start issuing pink slips.

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin

We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.

No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13

Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny

Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations. Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books. I am an affiliate for Libertas Publishing, your purchase will help our family grow financially.
