Sleepy 24/7

Good day!
I slept for almost 12 hours today. Then I had a lot of work to do. I need to clean my place, do laundry. Also, I felt super tired and sleepy for a whole day. Maybe, because I didn't sleep till morning.
I think it is a lack of vitamins.
Maybe I need to run away to a silent and warm place...
