Today is one of the hardest and longest days of the week. Because I have to write a report in the morning and then I have 6 zoom meetings in a row... I slept just 3 hours today and I feel super tired, exhausted and...sleepy.
I did a short yoga to focus, to sort my thoughts, and to wake up.
Now I gonna get another cup of coffee and I hope it will be stronger than the previous one..
