Morning Rituals

Good day!
Today I have a business trip to another city. And I still have time. So I want to share with you my morning rituals and tell you why I find it necessary to have some morning rituals.

  • Squats
  • Yoga
  • Affirmations
  • A cup of coffee and breakfast
  • Checking news

Of course, washing teeth and face, taking shower are essentials. First of all, yoga and squats or any other kind of exercise are important to mental and physical health. Even a short exercise plays a significant role.

Affirmations or just positive thoughts motivate and help to keep a good mood. Also, I believe that our thoughts can be visualized and become real.

Coffee....I am a coffee maniac haha I am addicted to it. Also, I am a foodie. So I don't think that there is anything else that needs to be said.

News... We live in the real world, so it is good to be on the same page with the world.
