Squats challenge!

Good day!

Today I decided to challenge myself and to do squats every day!
I read that many people do 100 squats every day. But it is really hard...At least to me.
So today I did 70 squats. I will do my best to do make 100 but I can't promise...
Squats are good for the legs, but and even the back. Also, it helps to reduce fat, lose weight. Probably, there are more other positive sides of squats, but these are basic ones that I know.
Let's do a squat challenge together! My goal is 1 month starting today.
