I know I have no right to say anything about it but if I were in your place I would not make friends with such a people or I would maintain distance from them. I believe in my ability but I don't want to take risk. Who knows such a friend affect me negatively in any case?

If the worry is him affecting me negatively, that wouldn't be the case because I've always been around people like this and have never ever tried using any drug. It's not something I'm even curious about trying.
Besides, is something truly your friend if they leave you at your trying times?
