My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2022

A good start of the day. Weather was ok today.

In the morning, I went to office for few hours.
In the afternoon, i went out for lunch with the colleagues.
After lunch. I came back home. After a short break, I continued with my office work.

In the evening, i went out to complete my actifit steps. Weather was not that good, wet and windy. But I spent 25/30 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added few more steps walking indoors.

Completing 8000+ steps for the day.

An interesting day overall.
