Video Game Idea

I spent a little time last year learning Unreal Engine for a contest and then kind of gave up on it to self-teach myself more Python programming. Maybe I should start again learning game design now that I have an idea for a side-scrolling video game:

The character begins the game earning money legally. With each paycheck the character has to get to a cryptocurrency ATM to convert the cash into cryptocurrency while avoiding police officers who will "asset forfeiture" the money. Getting successfully to the crypto ATM and converting the money makes the asset "safe" from the police seizing that character's monetary property.
