im sure ive been in the welsh mansion, it looks very much like Maes Mynan, a former care home. i thought they had flattened it!!!

It could well have been a care home, I don't even have a pin for it.. as it was one of those pull-over moments. There was some kind of fancy hotel right next to it and some abandoned old cars which we didn't bother looking at.. if that's a clue.
