She had been trying to juggle too many things at once, and she simply couldn’t keep up. She was starting to feel stressed out and anxious, which was affecting her sleep and mood. She had been working long hours, and she felt like she was never going to get ahead. She didn’t feel like she could take a day off or even ask for help because then people would think that she wasn’t doing her job well enough.

She knew that this was not the case—she was just feeling overwhelmed by all of the tasks on her plate.

She couldn’t remember the last time she felt like herself. She was tired, stressed, and had no motivation to do anything. She was starting to worry that she might lose her job if things didn’t change soon. She was having trouble sleeping and feeling depressed. She would cry frequently, especially when she thought about her children being raised by someone else.
