Sounds like you have an exceptional doctor!! There is SO MUCH CLINICAL RESEARCH to support this!! Our brain starts triggering chemical releases when we visualize things as if we are actually doing them.

I spend less time "meditating" now and more quiet-reflective time "visualizing" - they work hand in hand and are powerful tools for better health.

Visualization is a powerful practice, and not only for anxiety, it can be used for a variety of purposes: spread blessings, create safe spaces, increase joy, work with inner shadows, establish connections with others across distances and much more.

You may expand this practice at will to get even better results!

Oh, congrats on your new (is it new?😂) job!

Having a calm mind and heart is SURELY the most powerful tool we can access to. I'm happy visualizations have helped you as they have helped ME as well. Anxiety is such a difficult way of experiencing life and tools like these are like a massage and a "everything will be okay" hug.
