Week 1 | Wednesday Wellbeing Club | 11 August - 24 November

This is the first week of this challenge for me and what I'm going to report is shameful to say the least. I failed to stick to my plan and broke almost all the rules.

Due to the heat I failed to reach my actifit stepcount target, don't even know when was my last actifit report. Most of the days I had around 3k steps and did not post my activity.

As far as nutrition is concerned, I failed that too, miserably. Did not stick to the plan.

What can I say? Shame on me! Big slap on my face and a wake up call to do better next week.

The only good news is that I've managed to lose 0.7kg, which is double of what I've planned but I'm afraid it's not fat, just excess water.

Today it was a cool day as last night it was raining and it felt good to recharge my batteries enjoying the cool weather. I was planning to do some indoor cycling but my blood pressure decided to play games with me. I'm still hoping to do it tomorrow morning.

I need to get myself together and get back on track as this is not something that is going to benefit me long term. I've joined this challenge with a clear goal and to support others, so I need to do better.

So today I went to a very short walk, before the rain started and that's all.
