Well.......if you can get the books for little or no cost on that, then yes, it's a good thing. I used to do that, and then realized later on after I ran out of freebies, that I was spending money I didn't want to, to buy new e-books. I ended up going back to the library and borrowing books. I order up online what I want, and when they are ready, I get an email letting me know. I can pop in and pick them up within a 5 day time frame. It works for me.
I don't know if this helps you or not, but it's just what I do.

Library! Sounds like a great idea! I bought a couple of ebooks that I can read on my phone, but tbh I almost didn't check them because it is really hard to read books from a phone.

You are most welcome! Our library actually tallies the amount saved by borrowing the books rather than purchasing them, and since about 2022, I've saved over $3500! Crazy! Take care and happy reading! !LADY
