My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2022

We headed to church ⛪️ today. Afterwards, we spent some time in conversation with a friend we haven’t seen in a while. He is wheelchair ♿️ bound and has had some struggles this past year. At one point, both his legs had broken due to falling out of the wheelchair. It was good to visit with him. He always gets you to laughing 😂
After that, we went to Lynden for a trip to Dollar (and a quarter) Tree 🌲 and then on to get a mocha frappe ☕️☕️❄️. It was quite tasty!
Then I needed some fruit, so it was off to the grocery store 🏬 in Everson. As we neared, we found our neighbor Alma working as a flagger for the Ski To Sea races. (See @silvertop’s post for more info on this race and pics) once home, I fixed lunch and then we set out for a mini hike 🥾 up to the off grid cabin and back.
I found lots of flowers along the way.
We often buy kitty 🐈⬛ toys in multiple. I had one that I’d sealed in a ziplock bag and put up as it was a catnip toy! Cats 🐈 will do just about anything to get them, so I’d stashed this one in a place where I knew my boys couldn’t get to. I brought the new toy out this afternoon, and as you can see, Cot was the first to get it and have some fun with it.

An update on our son and his wife: they are no worse but no better. I was hoping that things would have been in the downhill swing by now. We shall see what tomorrow brings. Please pray for a speedy recovery 🙏

Thank you @jayna! They both got hit pretty bad with it, but our son worse and our daughter in law. As of today; they are no better, but no worse either. Maybe tomorrow will find them on the downhill side of it.

I have missed you too Sis. I usually am asleep at this time (now 3:10am), by the Time I wake up #lifehappening and It slips my mind. But not today, I was waiting. Now I can sleep like Cot does near the fire, free and wide😂🤣

Thank you @silversaver888! I've not heard from them today yet, although I just texted them a little while ago. I know Bill was hit a bit harder than Agi, but she was pretty bad as well. As of last night, I think she is planning to go back to work on Wednesday, but I am wondering if she really will or can. Especially if he's not better. It would make sense to me that they both would need to test negative for either one to go back to work. I'll keep you posted. The prayers are very much appreciated! !LADY
