My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2021
Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!
I headed to work today thinking I’d change out our old router for the new one, like I’d done a couple times in the past. Well, I purchased a different brand-usually no issue, but this one refused to work with my office software. I created a support session with the office software folks, and it essentially came down to my workstation not being able to ‘see’ the server and the server not ‘seeing’ the workstation! Ugh! The rep was no further help so I disconnected the new and set the old back up. If the system were mine, I’d have no problem dinking around, but since it’s not, I am not going to be the cause of a system failure. So I’ve set up a return and ordered a new one of the same kind we are currently using. The doc believes the old one is ‘tired’ and figured it was time to replace it. Things are lagging a bit, so it make sense. The new one will be here tomorrow and I should be able to get it done Wednesday morning prior to the clinic opening. Fingers crossed 🤞
