Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Another beautiful day in the Northwest! Clear blue skies and warm temperatures. The only blight on the day was the humidity. Just a little drier, please!
We ran a couple of errands in town and made it back in time to head out for a hike with Jan. As we traversed up the road to the trailhead, we could see that it appears work on the yurt has come to a standstill. We’re not sure why. Maybe they just needed a break from it. Our new neighbors are bringing things to the house, but have yet to move in. I’m unsure why that is as well because the inside work has been completed. 🧐 The tiny house hasn’t appeared yet, but it should be any time now. So many changes to our road! It will be nice when everybody is finally here. 😎
@actifit-lamb along with Winchester, Winston and Wisteria came along for the hike. They were on a bug mission, as you can se from the bug keeper they have along.
Despite the humidity, it was a nice hike.

WOW, what flowers are those (the purple ones)?
Have you met your new neighbors to be?
The purple one is a Queen Ann's Lace. I had never seen a purple one, and had to take the photo. They are usually white.
As for the neighbors; yes, we have met them all. Emily and Jamie are in the new modular home and they have 3 boys all under 10 years of age. The tiny house guy is David, and I understand he has 2 kids; one I know is a girl and the other I don't remember anyone saying another girl or a boy. I've not met the kids yet. As for the yurt, it was to be Adam and Cates, but we haven't seen Cate in over 2 months, so I'm not sure what's going on there. I get the impression that he isn't moving into it. He's been house sitting up at the end of the road for Becky who is out of state at the present with family issues, plus her husband is residing in Mexico on the land they own there. I'm thiking eventually she will head back to Mexico, but I know she's to return here sometime this month. This was probably way more info than you thought, lol! I've never been and honestly, don't really have the inclination to go. I'd rather go to Hungary or Ireland, if I were going.
You can send the humidity here!! We'll into drought territory and currently there are over 100 active wildfires in the province.

Hey there @fat-elvis! Humidity you can have! I will say we have it but no rain, and we are still dry tender just waiting.....

There are always some kind of flower blooming here! I love to take photos of whatever I can find. I'm glad you like them. Take care my friend and stay away from the fires please!🤗
