My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2020

Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!

I had planned for today to be a ‘I’m not going anywhere outside our home and land, except to hike’ day. No car; no going anywhere. I’m happy to say that’s exactly how the day went.

After morning ablutions, I made a coffee and read for about 30 minutes. Then, I did some housekeeping and began work on a Christmas secret project for @actifit-lamb and company. If all goes well, you should see the results in the next few weeks. 🤫

Around 3pm, we headed out for a hike with Jan. They’ve been calling for rain all day, but it hadn’t arrived yet, so we headed out. I didn’t take @actifit-lamb as the backpack is not water tight and I didn’t want her to get we and catch a cold or worse. So the crew stayed home and played in the waterbed while we were gone. I’m sure they had fun riding the waves!

It was colder today; the kind of cold that sort of sneaks up on you. I tend to layer jackets so it’s easier to peel one off at a time. The last thing any of us wants right now is to come down with something.

No sun today either, so it was a seriously grey day. It was great for a hike. Most of the leaves are on the ground now. There are just a few trees with leaves left

As I mentioned earlier, @actifit-lamb and company stayed home today, but she wanted me to ask you guys: ‘are you getting your @actifit hoof steps in today?’

She is very serious about reminding all of us to stay healthy!

So, before I go, I’d like to show you how Cot and Cyle spend their evenings......

They like a good fire! Cot claims the fireplace rug and Cyle is happy on the floor beside the stove. 😽
