"Meal Prep 2.0" - A Story in 50 Words

It took an obscene amount of time and storage but she'd finally done it. 365 bowls of cereal, 365 sandwiches and 365 salads. The mere thought of weekly meal prep made her shudder. No, this way was definitely better. As she fantasized about blogging her progress, one freezer quietly died.

I love the concept of meal prep but I wish it didn't have to be a weekly thing so if I didn't know better (and I swear I do) I'd be seriously tempted to prep for a much longer period of time. On another note, I guess I just needed to try the 50-word format again to remember how much I enjoy it. I'm also considering using a random number generator to pick a word-count along with the random word for something I might call "Micro-Fiction of Randomly Selected Lengths", but we'll see.
