My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2022
Hello everyone!
I woke up early but didn't reach my minimum goal count because I was in our room most of the day. This morning, I suddenly felt a pain in my throat and mucus is dripping out of my nose. So, I wore a face mask and isolated myself as much as I could to prevent further transmission. Although our room is narrow, I still walked around to stay active.
In the afternoon, I got the test kit from my co-sister-in-law. I did the Antigen test right away to have a peace of mind. I'm grateful that the result is negative. What I fear the most is infecting other people so I still put my mask on.
Because of my condition, I wasn't able to attend face to face meeting. Fortunately, it's still possible thru Video Conference. Before starting, I took a walk outside because I was also looking for the shoe that is missing.
