Explosives? I wonder if they keep all the ammo there? I read down there about the movie set and that makes perfect sense. That new-looking sign for the muniment room, like a records room? Or what? And was the new sign part of the movie set?
The cells were the best part. Aren't the dungeons always? Those needles were pretty horrific. The syringes were pretty big, I'm glad you didn't come upon some crazy man in there. Haha. Scaring the college kids. :)
I guess I'm not too surprised you didn't find much, it is a police station and I would expect them to sanitize the place. Maybe? Although, they don't do their own moving.

If it was used a some kind of set, I can't find any info about it. Syringes are part of all this, I see them regularly and once caught a couple of blokes in the middle of a session. They got all panicky until we told them what we were doing.
I am amazed that you were only in there for an hour and photographed all of that/running between floors.
