My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2022

Hello friends!

My activity for today is from moving around the house doing chores and daily routine. One of my kids class starts at 6 am in the morning, so I woke up early to prepare for his breakfast, and dressed him up for school. Her brother sent him to school. After they left, i went back to bed because I am still sleepy. I went to bed at 3am in the morning already. I only had 2hrs of sleep because I continued watching the series. I am on my last 3 episodes but I feel I really need to sleep. I woke up at around 9am in the morning. Did my daily morning routine and did some chores after. I didn't have appetite but I force myself to eat lunch since I don't eat breakfast and never had coffee since morning. In the afternoon, I was able to finsih the three episodes in between chores. And I was able to do cycling in the stationary bike. I haven't done it for quite some time now. I wanted to watched movie in Netflix right now but I feel I need to catch up on my sleep. I started watching for a few minutes but canceled it. I hope I can go to sleep. I drank coffee few minutes ago but I think it won't work on me. It didn't worked for me before I hope it won't this time.
