Hallo Freunde.

So schön es auch hier ist, die Sonne, die Palmen, das Leben in den Tag hinein, die Strände, es fühlt sich wie Urlaub an, sogar wenn man wie ich jeden Tag arbeitet.
So fällt es ziemlich leicht zu vergessen, dass man hier unbeschwert nur hinter Gittern leben kann. Sicher, hier in Sosua und sicher auch in vielen anderen Gegenden hier im Land braucht man keine Waffe, wenn man nachts spazieren geht. Aber ohne massiven Selbsteinschluss geht es eben doch nicht.
Die Bilder zeigen dies.

Ich poste nicht ohne Grund die tägliche Schrittzahl per Fitbitbeweis. Auch mit der neuen Variante der App wird mir grundsätzlich eine zu hohe Schrittzahl gezeigt. Erst wenn ich Actifit mindestens zweimal mit der Fitbitapp synchronisiere, übernimmt Actifit die korrekte Schrittzahl von Fitbit. Ich gehe davon aus, dass Actifit die Schritte von zwei Tagen mehr oder weniger vermischt und so die überhöhte Schrittzahl entsteht. Hoffentlich ist das nur bei mir so, dafür aber grundsätzlich

14600 Steps ++ Life Behind Bars ++ Faulty App Count ++

Hello friends.

As beautiful as it is here, the sun, the palm trees, living into the day, the beaches, it feels like a vacation even if you work every day like I do.
So it's pretty easy to forget that you can live here carefree only behind bars. Sure, here in Sosua, and I'm sure in many other areas here in the country, you don't need a gun when you're out walking at night. But without massive self-inclusion it just does not work.
The pictures show this.

I don't post the daily step count via fitbit proof for no reason. Even with the new version of the app, I am basically shown a step count that is too high. Only when I sync Actifit at least twice with the Fitbitapp, Actifit takes over the correct step count from Fitbit. I assume that Actifit more or less mixes the steps of two days and so the excessive step count arises. Hopefully this is only with me, but in principle.
