Hallo Freunde.
Heute Morgen, halb vier fiel das Internet aus, das heißt mein mobiles Internet. Also bin ich zum Dealer gelaufen, u m das Problem u klären. Dort haben wir festgestellt, dass meine Rechnung um zwanzig Prozent überhöht ist, aber sie könne da nichts machen, das könne nur der Kundendienst, der in der nächsten großen Stadt ist. Also zahle ich halt mehr, einen halben Tag wegen 10Euro zu verschwenden lohnt sich nicht. So lange bleibe ich ja nicht mehr hier. Dank meiner Beschwerde oder auch zufällig zum selben Zeitpunkt funktionierte mein Internetzugang wieder. Den Grund der Sperre konnte sie mir auch nicht sagen.
Nun kann man sich zwar aufregen, aber das bringt auch nicht. Ich habe im August 180 GB verbraucht und eigentlich nur einen 20 + 80 GB Vertrag, die zwanzig Gigabyte mit LTE und 50Mbit, den großen Rest mit nur 5Mbit. Da rege ich mich nicht auf, wenn ich statt 38 € eben 48 bezahlen muss.
Leben und leben lassen, oder?
Ach so, und außerdem hatte ich auch kein Wasser den Tag über, aber das ist schon nicht mehrt erwähnenswert. Für diesen Fall habe ich sowieso ein paar Eimer stehen.

This morning, half past three the internet went down, that is my mobile internet. So I ran to the dealer u m to clarify the problem. There we found out that my bill is twenty percent over, but they can't do anything about it, only the customer service, which is in the next big city, can do that. So I just pay more, wasting half a day because of 10 euros is not worth it. I won't be here that long. Thanks to my complaint, or coincidentally at the same time, my Internet access worked again. She could not tell me the reason for the block.
Now you can get upset, but that doesn't help either. I have used 180 GB in August and actually only a 20 + 80 GB contract, the twenty gigabytes with LTE and 50Mbit, the large remainder with only 5Mbit. I'm not upset if I have to pay 48 instead of 38 €.

Oh, and I also had no water during the day, but that's no longer worth mentioning. For this case, I have a few buckets anyway.
