Hallo Freunde,

Seit Gestern habe ich wieder mal kein Wasser. Ich hatte ja schon erzählt, dass der Brunnen kein Wasser mehr gibt. Heute weiß ich warum. Die Pumpe hat zuviel Sedimentstaub gezogen und ist fest. Seit Letzter Woche bekommen wir deshalb Wasser per Tankwagen. Die 12000 Liter sind nach 6 Tagen aber schon wider verbrauch, was zum einen einen Verbrauch von 400 Liter pro Person und Tag bedeutet. Zum anderen wurde vom Vermieter kein neuer Tank bestellt, weil man sich um die Bezahlung streitet.
Die Oberen zwei Etagen des Hauses , indem ich wohne, sind Eigentumswohnungen und die beiden anwesenden Besitzer weigern sich, abwechselnd mit dem Besitzer der unteren zwei Etagen, meinem Vermieter, den Tankwagen zu bezahlen, weil sie ja das Wasser sonst auch kostenlos bekommen, wenn der Brunnen funktioniert.
Es geht um 50 Euro pro Tankwagen!! Alle drei sind nach aktuellen Hauspreisen hier Millionäre. Aber die 50 Euro haben sie nicht.
Nun lässt mein Vermieter morgen eine neue Hauswasserleitung nur für seine zwei Etagen installieren, damit seine 5 Wohnungen Wasser aus der Zisterne bekommen, die oberen zwei Etagen mit den Eigentumswohnungen nicht. Kostet sicher ein Mehrfaches von 50 Euro.
Aber es geht ja ums Prinzip und das ist heilig.

Since yesterday I have again no water. I had already told that the well no longer gives water. Today I know why. The pump has drawn too much sediment dust and is stuck. Since last week we get water by tanker. The 12000 liters are already used up after 6 days, which means a consumption of 400 liters per person per day. On the other hand, the landlord did not order a new tank because they are arguing about the payment.
The upper two floors of the house, in which I live, are condominiums and the two present owners refuse, alternately with the owner of the lower two floors, my landlord, to pay the tank truck, because they get the water otherwise also free of charge, if the well works.
It's about 50 euros per tanker!!! All three are millionaires according to current house prices here. But they don't have the 50 euros.
Now my landlord is having a new house water line installed tomorrow for his two floors only, so that his 5 apartments get water from the cistern, but the top two floors with the condos do not. Costs certainly a multiple of 50 euros.
But it is about the principle and that is sacred.

Ich werde also spätestens übermorgen wieder Wasser in der Wohnung. (Das Bild ist nicht mein Haus. ich habe dieses heute auf meinem Spaziergang gesehen und spontan festgestellt, dass ich da betrunken niemals meine Wohnungstür finden würde.)
Bis dahin: Der Strand ist ja nicht weit und so gehe ich eben dreimal am Tag zum Strand statt unter die Dusche. Das Salzwasser hilft auch gegen meine Erkältung und im Wasser fühle ich mich mich eh am wohlsten.

So I will have water in the apartment again the day after tomorrow at the latest. (The picture is not my house. I saw this today on my walk and spontaneously realized that I would never find my apartment door there when I was drunk).
Until then: The beach is not far away and so I go to the beach three times a day instead of taking a shower. The salt water also helps against my cold and I feel most comfortable in the water anyway.
