My Experience with Back-Pain

Back pain has become a common problem with anybody else. Even a student suffer from such pain. I also suffer from such pain and now I have experienced why such pain come to attack me. Once I had such back pain that I had to visit a doctor.

I had to undergo medical treatment for several months for this pain. But after a few days of my treatment I understood from what this pain got germinated. Actually sitting for several times without having a walk for little time may cause such pain. Even sleeping on the bed and reading and listening to music at a stretch can cause pain on your back. I am saying so because this happened with me. As I said I suffered from pain on my back and the cause of this pain was sitting on the chair before the computer continuously without rest.

As I have suffered from this pain I would like to suggest you not to sit in front of your computer or reading on your table, listening music by sitting continuously etc. Rather alternate standing and sitting.

In order to keep your back muscles supple, flexible we should take intervals by sitting and standing. Now I use to take breaks during my working hour for about 20 to 30 minutes. While taking rest I go outside with my brother or with my neighbor to have a walk for a little time.

I have fixed an alarm clock in my working-room so that it can remind me the breaking hour. This alarm clock is helping me for years and without any tension of time I can use my break hour and move my parts of body in time.

Especially, during the break hour I go take fresh air because it helps the mind to get refreshment and it also give us inspiration. Fresh air also helps us in maintaing a healthy body. While being outside I use my wristwatch to maintain the time and also have a camera with me to take photo of the nature I like.

Now I am well experienced how to sit properly and do work properly maintaining time. Moreover, one thing must be mentioned here that the yoga helped me so much in reducing the pain. There are different types of pain and even some other worst pain. But in my view, yoga is such a thing which can deal with any type of pain. I am saying so because I got proof of this.

If anyone else there like me suffering from back pain they can try the way I did. But additionally I would like to advise them to visit a doctor first.
