My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #137
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
The heat has now taken over the scene in Naples. The humidity is skyrocketing and the sun has swept away almost every trace of clouds even today. The scenographic picture provides a very faded light blue shade characteristic of the mix of water vapor and smog in the sky.
After eating I went to do a service in the village that took almost all afternoon. The air was not suitable for jogging this afternoon and you struggle to breathe properly.
In the evening I went down to replace my daily jogging tour in a pleasant walk with slow rhythms. I spent the time thinking about how to plan tomorrow. I’ll try to go to bed early to move the ride to the early morning.
And here I am shining in the evening light ready to challenge the dark and illuminate a quiet but alive iamalivechallenge 137. Keeping your mind always on helps you find ideas for a better life.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
