A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

This morning, at the opening of the balcony window, I did not find the usual color in the sky and the day did not look good. The air temperature is back in the middle of the season and you can walk 100m without starting to sweat.

Late in the evening I went down to the supermarket on foot so I could keep working. It’s not a time when I get a lot of opportunities to get out and keep fit.
