A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Today, as usual, the day was very hot and humid. The worsening in the peninsula ignores the Gulf of Naples.

In the afternoon I had to go to the supermarket further away and it was very traumatic because today the weather conditions were totally prohibitive.

In total I put together just under 8k steps. In short, it was a day of discharge and relative pause. Although I felt alive the body wanted to take a breath in the iamalivechallenge 109
