A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Even today was a day characterized by intense heat, a little sterile cloudiness of high altitude and a sandstorm of the Sahara. The humidity was at stratospheric levels.

In practice a day suitable for sweating and a person alive after a long session of jogging can not stay with the shirt soaked in sweat to complete the iamalivechallenge number 73.
