A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Hot, humid air full of Saharan dust rises from the southern Mediterranean making the atmosphere sub-tropical.

Today the legs are as hard as two halves of a broom and I have difficulty walking but I forced to get out of the house to prevent lactic acid from accumulating in my muscles also because I could not miss the stage number 16 of the #IAmAliveChallenge. #Alive man going to buy a nice Easter egg for my son. In the evening,

I went down with the sweater but I could very well just put on the t-shirt since the temperature of 19°C is almost summer.
