Food photography that never been used

I'm not a big fan of Japanese food, but Sushi King is one of them that I wouldn't mind going back over and over again. To inform, their recent promotion has been on 3 a la carte for 1 price.

Most if not all sushi shop has this conveyor belt that use to transport sushi plates. Do you know, each plate of this has a cover, and on the cover has a sticker indicating the production time. If you are not sure how long it has been circulating on the belt, you better ask the restaurant operator for assistance, rather than grabbing any of these and feeling funny after eating.

Subway has been the biggest part of my life since I started weight loss in 2012. But ofcourse, there's ups and downs, my weight has been yoyoing between 60 ~ 80kg, I know 20kg is a lot of ups and downs. I'm sure I'll be able to lose more if I choose to eat less and stop working out, but that's not how I want to lose weight. I want to look sexy, not a skinny old man.

I eat Subway sandwich, like most of the weekend, especially for breakfast. That's because breakfast has poach egg, and I like eggs. Sometimes I ordered a foot long, have half a foot there, and bring another half home for lunch.

At times, I'm crazy enough to bring home 6 sandwiches, 3 for me for 3 meals, another 3 for ex-girlfriend, daughter and son for their breakfast.

I know, bread is not the way to go if I were to lose weight. I just refused to accept the fact that these are high energy food. I wanted to use my metabolism to fight with the food that I love, rather than giving up food I love for a body shape.

I know how to cook the perfect instant noodle. Boil the water, once it's start to evoporized and bubbling, throw seasoning powder in, stir it a little bit, and put in the noodle. Usually the soup will stop popping because the noodle will absorb some of the heat, and it will not last long. After some 20 seconds, it will start to bubbling again. Turn the noodle upside down so it cook the other side. Cover the pan so it concentrate the heat. Once the cover started to emit smoke, turn off the heater/stove, and it's ready to eat. Usually, that's exactly when the noodle is still intact, but it's not hard anymore. Chew it and it gaves an idea of a good spaghetti.

Son is a bread guy, just like me. If you're at home, have some hot dog bun, what can you do? Boil some eggs, put a net on the pan and rest the bread on top of the net. So the steam could soften the bread. Once the egg is cooked, meshed the egg and mixed with mayonaise, spread it to the bread and we have a very soft and tasty egg mayo sadwich.

My ex-girlfriend a.k.a female tiger a.k.a mother of two little tiger cubs, can really cook, when she is in the right mood and woke up the right side of the bed. It can be simple chicken simmer with potato, and it's extremely tasty. Omelet egg with only onion, and it could taste like a very tasty hotel kitchen made omelet. Salted egg is salted egg, but going with steamed celery certainly refreshing!

Anyway, we also like to hang out at the McDonald's every Wednesday morning because the ex-girlfriend will not be free to arrange breakfast for the kids. So, as a father I usually took the easy way out, going straight with Mcdonald's breakfast. Drink a cup of coffee first, refill it before leaving the premises!
