Happy New Year, I have returned and today I bring a little mushroom for you

I disappeared from here a few months ago, I got sick, I got better and then I got sick again, the truth is that I thought that I would not even see 2021, but here I am and I hope that I will not disappear again. During the time I was away from here I was trying to learn how to draw, although the truth is that I haven't improved at all, however, it is something that I like and that helps me clear my mind of so many problems.
I bought a capacitive pencil a couple of months ago and I'm still learning how to use it with my cell phone because my iPad is out of play and I still don't know when I can get another one. I have also downloaded an application to draw from the mobile and with that, I'm learning to let go a little hand, with the hope of someday making better strokes. Autodesk SketchBook has been my ally to make this little mushroom that I wanted to share with you.
In addition to making the drawing with the application that I already told you about, I wanted to play a little with the colors and textures of the image, this was done with the help of Snapseed, a little Noir, black and white, and Grunge were the ones I used, I really liked the result, because it gives a resemblance to the cartoons I used to see in Disney comic books. An aged look was what I was looking for and I think I achieved it.
Here I show you a little of what was the process of drawing this simple drawing, I started with an aerosol texture, with which I wanted to fill the first layer with a range of greens, I still need to master a little this kind of detail. With the marker tip, I was making what would be the base of the mushroom and its head. Then with a watercolor brush tip, I made the stains on the mushroom head, and with this same brush, I made the black border of the mushroom.
To continue and give the last details to my mushroom I used a fine marker tip to make the herbs that I would then finish with some textured tips to make what looks like some subtle flowers, another textured tip would help me make the second layer of grass, to be the first drawing I share with you the truth is that I am happy with the result, and I hope to improve with time to share my progress with you.
