About Pagan Pride
Yesterday October 10th we celebrated the day of the pagan pride, and as a good pagan witch, I wanted to do something for this date. This year unfortunately we have not been able to meet to celebrate our pride as it should, however, thanks to applications like Zoom and Skype has been possible to share with friends pagans, hugs are always much better, but see a good witch smile by the screen of the mobile or computer, in these times is not so bad.
Since 1997, this day has been celebrated every year. It does not have a specific date, but it is estimated to be between the last days of August and the first days of October, and many celebrate it between the 20th and 22nd of September taking advantage of the Mabon celebration. The Neo-Pagan culture has welcomed this celebration as something simple, to connect with nature and its energies. A good meal to celebrate and a good meditation was what I wanted to do yesterday at home with my closest relatives.
With the hope that next year I can share with my coven and make an excellent outdoor celebration as we have done in previous years, and thank the Gods for being able to be together again and alive, although this is something I do every day, because you have to be grateful every day in order to continue receiving the best energies of the universe and nature. Happy Pagan Pride Day to all my Warlocks!
