All I can say is, these guys are like this because of what they do to other girls. So they try to protect their sisters from guys like them until they are certain the guy is for real and legit.
That's the reason I can think for the protection. But girls know what they want and they do as they please no matter what

Well, you're right, some guys are like that because of what they do to girls and what they see guys do to girls. But the fact remains that it doesn't stop there, many guys consider it shameful for their sisters to be having any sex without being married. That's the major problem.
