You Have A King (short story)
King Regnar and his warriors were coming back from war in another kingdom. It was a long journey, they decided to camp in a bush and rest before they continue their way home.
As they were trying to make a camp there, they saw a river. King Ragnar asked some of his warriors to fetch him some water from the river to drink.
The warriors walked up to the river. When they were fetching the water, they noticed some farmers fetching water from the river. The warriors being so brutal, killed the farmers. The warriors brought the water to king Ragnar.
King Ragnar was drinking the water, suddenly he noticed a blood stain in the water bottle.
He asked his warriors what happened. They told him, that they killed some farmers who were also fetching water from the river.
King Ragnar cut off the warriors hands and told other warriors, that should teach them a lesson.
“Next time, always let somethings be. You can't take decisions into your own hands when you have a king.” Said king Ragnar.
King Ragnar and his warriors went to the village and apologized for what his warriors has done.
King Ragnar and his warriors went back home peacefully to the their family.
A story that teaches a lesson and punishes the wickedness of a few who do not know how to be winners.
Yeah, sometimes we should let go of things.
