Wednesday Walk at April 9, 2020

tonight
I go out to the park
Walking and sports

Tonight the moon is round
so as like this 5th photo
You can see the moon like a flying saucer

Inside the park
I take off my shoes
Jogging barefoot (with socks)
Its trail is paved with small stones

Here there is also a skating rink with terrazzo ground

I walking sport for about 1 hour
Change to run on the sidewalk outside
Runing sport for about 10 minutes
then Walked slowly home

I also shake it up for a few minutes

Flowers, trees, etc. are along the way

我出门去公园
散步和运动

今晚的月亮是圆的
如第5张照片
可以看到像飞碟的月亮

到了公园之内
我脱下鞋子
赤着脚（有穿袜子）小跑步
它的步道是小石子植入的

旁边还有一个磨石子地面的溜冰场

我散步约1小左右
改到外面的人行道跑步
快跑约10分钟
就慢慢的走路回家了

也有上去摇晃个几分钟
