地瓜怎會難吃呢?

在上一篇文章之中,我提到了地瓜難吃,那個是指古代,因為古人們對地瓜的認識不熟悉,畢竟是外來種 ....

古人認為,地瓜嗑牙齒,飽的快,餓得快 ...

地瓜會刺激飽腹中樞、抑制食欲,讓人覺得飽了,故飽的快...
地瓜含有的纖維質較多且口感較硬,所以咀嚼起來很費口牙...
地瓜的消化也比較快,所以很快便會覺得又餓了,故而古人認為,地瓜嗑牙齒,飽的快、餓得快 ...

地瓜表皮有黑斑,可能患有黑斑病菌等等,不可食用...

一次性地吃太多的地瓜,會出現腹脹、燒心、打嗝、胃食道逆流、排氣等等症狀,故而,古人們吃地瓜總是很難受,他們並不知道,那是一次性吃太多的關係,以為吃地瓜,就會是那個樣子....

古人們不愛吃地瓜,除非家裡人口過多,真的是糧食不夠吃,才會吃地瓜....

地瓜太硬,只要多蒸幾次就可以了,比如三蒸三晾,水蒸好之後,等它變涼了,再蒸,三蒸三晾後,就會軟Q了,所以,古人覺得地瓜的口感不好,是因為不知多蒸幾次就可以改變....

就好像小麥在石磨發明之前,在磨成粉之前,小麥也是不受歡迎的食物,是作為飼料之用的,是在磨成粉之後,做成餅,才開始成為人們的口糧....
