螃蟹是中国的一大美食，价格高昂，可他在古代，却是田间的害虫 ...

中国人吃蟹的历史，可追溯至5千年前的大禹治水时期，当时的巴城（即今日的阳澄湖大闸蟹发源地）出现了一种「夹人虫」，会吃农作物，还会夹伤人，被视为害虫。

一个名叫「巴解」的人，就在湖边挖沟，当夹人虫爬进沟内之时，便用滚水将其烫死，结果香味扑鼻，之后，「夹人虫」就变成了美食之一 ...

如今的水田，主要害虫是田螺，田螺也是有人在吃的，但价钱不高，他还不是美食，或许哪一天，某位大厨也将其变成了美食，那么，田螺就又不是害虫，而是美食了...
