达美航空有架班机超卖，利用广播说：「XX班机超卖，航空公司寻找八名自愿让出订位的乘客，达美将给予1万美金的补偿。」

也就是说，你根据指示，去办理让位，除了拿回机票费之外，还能赚取1万美元 ...

当时的乘客指出，达美起初是开价5000美元的，后来才开到1万美元 ...

而这架班机，最后则是延迟了20分钟才起飞 ...

超卖是一种预期的心理，航空公司自以为在起飞前，会有人退位，所以故意超卖一些机位 ...

根据新闻报导，达美航空内部授意，当超卖发生的时候，航班主管可补偿让位者，最高可补偿至1万美元 ...
