I Can't Manually Curate In My Sleep!
Credit ? (Someone Tell Me Who Made this)
So if you read my posts you know that I have set a goal for myself to be an awesome curator. I like to vote for posts that don't get a lot of votes so the authors feel supported.
To date my accounts @cflclosers & @tulwave (curation only) have a combined LeoPower of 4000. The 100% votes are about .35 Leo and to me, that's a significant vote.
I kind of new this would happen but I'm having trouble maximizing my curation rewards due to the fact that I have to sleep every night.
It's not that I'm on here on all my waking hours but I do log in and randomly vote down my voting power to 80% every few hours.
I have the most fun doing that but I leave votes on the table that way. I know there are such things as autovoters and trails but I don't know how to get involved.
I'm looking for a good tutorial on how these things work. It's hard to find them because we currently don't have a search function here on Leo.Finance.
So, let me know your thoughts in the comments. Today's post is short because I forgot my glasses and can't see what I'm doing lol

Well, that's an awfully generous hobby you have there! I appreciate you taking the time to vote for lesser-appreciated writers... I'm sure it means a lot to them. Your note about the missing search function is important too, and I hope that changes in the near future. Cheers! Keep up the stellar work. :)

It only seems generous lol. I am a firm believer in ROC > ROI. return on commuinity is greater than return on investment. In an economy like steem/hive/leo it is the only way to grow. Lots of whales on Leo think the same way. I am trying to grow my stake to be more helpful but also cash in.

I couldn't agree more. So how much HP is needed to have a real impact on voting power? I have 200 HP right now... and I want to increase that over time, but what's a good benchmark to aim for?

i never used a trail or something but i am sure people will help you out.
I think you have different options like
communities curation trails like leo.voter for example
people's curation trail for example, you can vote whatever i vote
specific people for example you may consider a certain author as a top one so he can instantly receive one upvote from you each time he makes a post, or an upvote to 1 post per day

I know what you mean but don't know how to set that up.

Before you look for autobot to vote for you ... Because you are not looking for a reliable person to help you vote ...

I'm not sure what you mean. can you clarify?
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
That you look for a person you trust ... That while you sleep, that person votes for you.

I basically live on /created. It feels so good knowing I’m not the only one supporting the new users. I only have 0.008 VP but I try my best and also leaving comments on their posts. This can make a great difference.

You go there , click login/register I guess it supports only hivesigner , so login using that . After that it is pretty much self explanatory.
If you need any help let me know I will help you out with hive.vote .
