Lionel Messi is yet to record any goal
Lionel Messi recently replaced his Spanish heart club Fc Barcelona, with French Paris Saint-Germain and it has not gone quite as one might have hoped for. Lionel Messi has been so unlucky to attract a knee injury, ahead of a league match Paris Saint Germain will play on Wednesday. Messi has not had the best start to the season in the best French series in Ligue 1.
Messi has played three league matches and one Champions League match but he is yet to scored a single goal for his new team, Lionel Messi has always been known for scoring many goals and being decisive in matches, but it seems he is a shadow of himself right now. The bad start of the season seems to continue for Messi, after he can not play for Paris Saint Germain next match due to his knee injury. Paris Saint Germain will have a trip to Ligue 1 bottom team FC Metz.
Lionel Messi played for Fc Barcelona from 2005 to the summer of 2021, before moving to Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer this summer. He played 778 games and scored 672 goals in the 17 seasons he played for Barcelona.
We can't right him off just yet, the season is not over, let's still keep an eye on him.
