Since there has been a slight issue in Antonio Rudiger action and following Kurt Zouma sale to Westham, Chelsea are willing to sign De Ligt the coming summer, though he is said to be valued around €90 million but that doesn't seems to be an issue for Chelsea to sign the 22 year Old.
