MEDIEVAL SUNSETS - Sunset II at a medieval camping event - plus photo of me at a VICTORIAN event :-)

soooo as it is RAINING... i need to go "Historical" for the shot.

which is ironic as this is a HISTORICAL event. With campsites set up from the Roman times to WWII.

In the foreground you can see the shadow outline of medieval cannons.. set against the city backdrop.

I know i have posted a few of these before... not this one though... there were very many taken this glorious night.

Oh and HERE IS ME...

I was "not told people i was pregnant" and was charmingly vomiting and feeling jolly awful all day..

lol... granted this was a different day and oddly enough a different era (i was victorian here and medival when the photos were taken)

I MADE THE dress by the way... though i confess to buying the hat and adding ribbon to it :-) this blue is my favourite colour.

It is a lovely silk for the skirt.. gosh it is swooshy... with several cotton petticoats. I made the blouse too.

Anyway thanks so much for stopping along and reading my posts I am just loving my HIVE experience so far. Such a fun platform for sure.

For those that don't know my i'm currently focusing on Daily painting and somewhat amusing my self and my family with Acrylic pouring.. lol.. i wish i had a separate studio for that as it is so messy.

My other HIVE interests are:

    sunset photography (i take photos of the sky every night)

    Graphic Design
    Gardening (just a smidgion)
    Ballet
    Sewing - I make Tutus and ballet costumes too...

Wow... Some really amazing sunset shots 😍 really amazing view.
I also love the many pictures on that Wall, looks cool.

But OMG... That dress 😍😁 lol
I love everything on it and I can only say... I am super impressed.
I wish I had skills like that.. Lol
Amazing work and fun to have events where you can wear it.
Nothing like a Great history.

@ Saffisara - thanks for stopping by the blog :-) that dress is one of the more tame ones.. lol.. my sister has some of the most elaborate ones. this one i quickly pulled together because i didn't want to wear the fancy ones. That being said. i LOVE LOVE the colour.
