To begin within, taking care of our mental health, we need to understand that there is nothing wrong with looking back at yourself from time to time.
I have mentioned 3 tips earlier
I mentioned:

  • Find happiness beyond social media

  • Exercise regularly
The practice of physical exercises stimulates the release of the happiness hormone - dopamine - in our body. In addition, physical activities can also act as short periods of refuge from our chaotic life.
When we exercise, we focus on our movements and breathing. Or we end up making the wrong move. There is no time to think about everyday problems.
Yoga, for example, is a physical activity that returns attention to the moment of practice.
  • Consult a psychologist
Amid the maelstrom of obligations, the psychologist can help us organize our lives and manage our emotions.
With psychological counseling, we discover details about our personality and why we are the way we are.
In this way, we can improve our professional performance, strengthen relationships, and develop self-esteem, among many other benefits for emotional health.
As soon as you realize that something is not right, that you don't feel as good as before, look for a professional to help you find the causes for your discomfort. Do not hesitate, as it is easier to have effective treatment at the beginning.

  • Be a little selfish
Think of yourself. What makes you feel good? What makes you sick? Bring positivity into your life. Allow yourself to do something that brings you happiness often.
Keep toxic people away, insoluble problems, and excessive worry. Don't feel bad about distancing yourself.
Popularly, it is said that taking care of you is an act of selfishness, but in reality, it is an act of love.
Only you know what is best for yourself. If you feel the need to disconnect from everyone and everything, do it for a few hours or a weekend.
Slowing down does not mean ignoring your problems and being distracted by more pleasurable activities. This is called procrastination.
To slow down is to find the best possible way to deal with everyday complications so as not to affect your mental and physical health.
