Stamps - History of Russian Trains - Locomotive 1-3-0 Series D -1845 - USSR 1978 - Michel 4716 - my hobby.

Greetings friends!

Some time ago, I started publishing a series of posts about my hobby, philately.

Today, this hobbi has started to go to the margins of the essentials, but I think that this is something worth remembering and talking about it.
This is our history, our heritage and an exciting activity that develops our knowledge in different areas of life.

Postage stamps are an integral part of the financial system of the country where they were issued.

I see a lot of similarities in the pricing of postage stamps and cryptocurrencies, where demand creates supply, where circulation is the fundamental factor for price growth.

Like crypto coins, which are periodically burned, some postage stamps lose their appearance and leave the exciting race for their value.

Now, I propose to look at the next postage stamp from the series - History of Russian Trains.

I do not set myself the goal of selling postage stamps, no, on the contrary, together with you, I want to learn more about them and replenish my collection.

Looking at the postage stamps in this series, you can see the evolution of locomotives from simple to complex.

10 years separate the locomotive that you will see today from the first locomotive of the Cherepanovs, you can see it at the end of this post.

The naked eye shows that the design has become more perfect.

Important!

Please note that the cost of shipping postage stamps to other countries can be many times more expensive than the postage stamp itself, approximately $ 5.5.

I see that it is not profitable to purchase one postage stamp if, suddenly, you need to replenish your collection. It is always more profitable to purchase the entire series, and, surplus, to change, or sell.

To be continued.

I edited a photo in the program PhotoDirector, which I also installed on my smartphone.

For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.

)) I heeded your advice. I don't like to see tables in posts, they make posts too cold)) I tried to create a homely atmosphere and talk about cold money.
