My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2023

I filed for sick leave yesterday 'coz it was more painful and I can't move that much. I was here at my wife's family house the whole day. Most of the time I was in the bed trying to relax my back. I tried to reach 5k by climbing the stairs for several times but I didn't make it. Hopefully today I could.
