My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2021

Together with my wife and sister, we attended a Virtual Seminar at 6 AM. So we woke up much early than usual. At 9 o'clock our Weekend Meeting took place and around 11 I attended another meeting.

I feel so sleepy in the afternoon so I took a nap. When I woke up I went to 3 banks. The first 2 were offline.

When I got home I saw my sister-in-law's Skipping Rope so I used it for few minutes. I can feel that I'm getting heavier. Lol😄

My wife also tried it.
