My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2021
I have work today but no fieldwork, I stayed in the office the whole day, so I just cleaned our work area. I also walked around from time to time. After work I walked around the city, I just looked for some things then I went home.
When I got home I walked for several minutes to gain more count and reach my goal.
Now I'm listening to this relaxing music while watching the market.

This is probably the single largest reason why I prefer running. At least I get to do my workouts and forget about it. That activity app can be a booger when you are tired and just wanna lie down..lol
